Rates, as you would expect, are seasonal. The busy season is April to November. Minimum stay is one week. Under special circumstances this can change. Please contact us for special quotes. The weekly and monthly rates are all inclusive, there are no extra charges. This includes building parking, laundry, water, electricity, heat & air-conditioning, and local phone calls.

Reservations
A refundable reservation deposit of 25% of the rental rate is due at signing. The reservation deposit may be refunded in full or credited toward the rental fee. The deposit, however, will be forfeited if the reservation is canceled within 60 days of rental.
A refundable security deposit of 25% is due when the key is picked up. This deposit will be returned within 30 days of departure if the property is left undamaged.
Payment can be made in United States currency or Euros and may be paid by personal check,
cashiers check, money order, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American
Express. VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express
payments are also accepted. However, Discover and American Express are
only available through PayPal.
