"First, I too was skeptical about renting things over the internet, but learned several years ago, this is definitely the way to go, especially if you can "rent from the owner". You save money this way, and possibly make a friend along the way. I now have connections all over North America for rentals. Paris isn't cheap, and Phil's Apartment is the best value for your money. You have privacy, the ability to have breakfast in, or dinner in, etc., which saves you money as a family. The bakeries are great, the delis, etc. There is a fresh fruit/fish/everything market twice a week around behind the apartment complex which is great. " - D. Cribb
